“My experience so far at Raffles Serviced Residence has been very positive. The apartment is spacious, bright and competitively price. The furniture is modern and in excellent condition. I was also pleasantly surprised by the supply of items such as soaps and detergents for bathrooms and laundry and also the complimentary drinks and food on check in.
The apartments are conveniently located within minutes walking access to all the restaurants and entertainment centres around Marina Bay and the Singapore River precinct. Also there is subway access to the MRT system via Raffles Place station which links you to all of Singapore.
Last but not least, the property managers have been most responsive to all my requirements and have provided excellent service during my settling in period.
I recommend Raffles Serviced Residence to anyone looking for a modern, convenient, inner City location.”

“RSR staff were more personalised and accommodating in our requests as compared to commercialised setups. We set out our little girl’s playing mat by the full height windows in the living room and she loved the spectacular view of Marina Bay area. We visited Fullerton Bay Hotel, Merlion, Esplanade, Singapore Flyer and Marina Bay Sands (all walking distance and good distractions) and we had fun identifying them again from our window. RSR is a clear choice, and we recommend it to you with hopes that you enjoy your stay as much as we did!”

The place is perfect for work and leisure with the CBD area and Marina Bay around the building.
More or less anything you need is in walking distance and otherwise next to Raffles Place MRT and cab stand.
The hospitality at this place including service, facilities, interior has been really nice.
